Dear valued members,

With the arrival of the new year, I would like to take the opportunity first to formally introduce myself and secondly to let you know  about all the great things SIMA: UK has in store for you in 2010.

I am truly honoured to have been elected as president of SIMA: UK for the forthcoming academic year. Having been involved with this innovative organisation for the past year, I soon came to appreciate the limitless potential we have to serve the Iraqi community, both in London and in Iraq.

So, without further ado, it gives me great pleasure to share with you our hopes and aspirations for the year ahead.

We have a long and exciting year ahead of us and I for one am most looking forward to seeing what we are able to achieve by the end of it.
